The Little Watson Girl's Dreams on Paper

About Me =) September 22, 2009

This is my blog where I will be posting my writing assignments for this class (as well as some of my scribbling, if no one minds).

The things I love most in the world include my brother (I am one of six, and I like all my siblings, but my 16-year-old brother Josh and I are best friends), music, singing, writing poetry, dancing, running through the woods, writing stories, reading fantasy and acting in plays!

I have been reading everything I could get my hands on since I was three, and when I was seven, I found the love of my life: Shakespeare.  I found an abridged version of  “A midsummer nights dream” in a book store, and stood there and read the whole thing.  I then asked my mom if Shakespeare had written anything else.  I was delighted to discover that he had, and even more delighted to realize that he was the same person who had written the story that has stayed my favorite till this day:  Romeo and Juliet.

I have been writing stories since I was five or six, and I have enjoyed every minute of it.

I started acting at 7, when I was a beetle in a school play.  (Not very interesting.)  Then I moved, and became homeschooled, and joined a theatre troupe.  The first play I did with them was, to my delight, twelfth night, by Shakespeare.  I played the duke’s assistant, Curio.  Since then I have been in many plays, and have had lead rolls in “Alladin and the wonderful lamp” (in which I was, interestingly enough, the evil sorcerer) and “Many Moons” (I was the princess) and “The odyssey” in which I played Helen of Sparta =D
